1. How long will my Brazilian hair bundles last?

With proper care, our Brazilian hair bundles can last for years. We take pride in providing high-quality human hair that is durable and long-lasting.

2. What is the return policy?

We have a 30-day return policy. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You'll also need the receipt or proof of purchase. Please contact us at info@tangoodhair.com to start the return process.

3. Do I have to pay for the shipping of my return/exchange?

Yes, you will be responsible for your own return shipping costs. We recommend sending your package with tracking included as we cannot take responsibility for lost returns.

4. How long does it take to process a refund?

Eligible returns will receive a full refund, excluding return shipping. The refund will be in the form of a store credit and will take 3-7 working days or longer to process back to you in the form of a Tan Good Hair Gift card. If more than 15 business days have passed since we've approved your return, please contact us at info@tangoodhair.com.

5. What shipping methods do you use?

We use various shipping methods such as FedEx, DHL, UPS, USPS, and Canada Post to ship orders. If you want to assign a specific shipping method, please contact us to check before placing your order.

6. How long does shipping take?

The typical delivery time frame is between 1-7 business days for Canada and US orders. For international orders, delivery time typically takes up to 12-15 business days.

7. Can I track my order?

Once your order has been dispatched, we will send you a confirmation email with tracking information. You will be able to track your package directly on the carrier's website.

8. Do you ship internationally?

Yes, we ship internationally. However, please note that for orders outside Canada or the US, delivery time may be longer and your package may be subject to import duties and taxes. You, as the customer, are responsible for paying those fees.
